Apartment for rent in Purmerend (not in Amsterdam). Initially for one year. If both parties are satisfied, this period can be extended by mutual agreement.

The apartment is located in a small apartment complex on Lekstraat in Purmerend. 

The rent includes gas, water, and electricity. 

It is a 5-minute walk from two bus stops. Both buses take you to Amsterdam Noord station in 20 minutes, from where you can take the metro (North-South line) to Amsterdam Central or Amsterdam South.
In 2025, one of the two stops will be reinstated for a direct connection to Amsterdam Central.

Purmerend Overwhere train station, one of the three train stations in Purmerend, is a 12-minute walk / 5-minute bike ride away.

A walk to the city center takes 20 minutes on foot / 6 minutes by bike.
