The apartment is located in a small apartment complex on Lekstraat in Purmerend. 

The rent excludes gas, water, and electricity. 

It is a 5-minute walk from two bus stops. Both buses take you to Amsterdam Noord station in 20 minutes, from where you can take the metro (North-South line) to Amsterdam Central or Amsterdam South.

Purmerend Overwhere train station, one of the three train stations in Purmerend, is a 12-minute walk / 5-minute bike ride away.

A walk to the city center takes 20 minutes on foot / 6 minutes by bike.

There is free parking in the neighborhood.

Some furniture such as the sofa and wardrobe can be left behind and used for free if you wish.
