The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and a fridge, perfect for all your culinary adventures. Behind the kitchen you will find the utility room/tack room with a large fridge-freezer. A new central heating boiler (installed in 2024 and remotely controlled) is located in a separate room, which is also suitable for storing your washing machine/dryer. On the ground floor there is also a toilet and a bedroom or office space with air conditioning and a view of the horse paddock and the bulb field.
First floor:
On the first floor you will find three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a walk-in closet. The new bathroom is equipped with a double shower and double sink, which provides extra comfort. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.
Horse stables:
This house is rented with minimum 1 and maximum 3 horse stable(s)  of 3.5 by 3 meters in a well-ventilated space. It is not possible to rent the house without a stable. During the day, your horses can stay in the drained paddock, which is equipped with paddock plates and a sprinkler and electric fence system. The paddock is located directly in front of the house and is licensed by the municipality.
The horse stable behind the house has 3 places, when you purchase 1 stable, the remaining places are rented to a 3rd, this for the well-being of your horse.
Facilities:
As a tenant, you can use the extensive facilities of the riding school, such as the 20x40m. ebb and flow indoor arena (no lunging), the 20x40m. outdoor arena (lunging), and the hot and cold water washing areas. This is only possible at times when they are not in use by the riding school. The riding school only has lessons for 3-4 hours per day and is not in use on Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday.
Important:
It is important to mention that the house borders the ANBI foundation No Limits Noordwijk, which focuses on horse riding lessons for people with disabilities. During the lessons that take place in the outdoor arena, it must remain quiet on the property.
