We rent out our apartment at Voorstraat in Noordwijk-Binnen. This is a monumental building on
a historic road in Noordwijk/Binnen. It was renovated in 2020. So the kitchen, bathroom and toilet are
5 years old.
It is an apartment with its own entrance and part of a complex with 6 apartments.
There is a large living room with open kitchen. A separate toilet and a bedroom with access to the
bathroom with walk-in shower. The total apartment is 54 m2 in size.
There is also a shed available for storage of belongings and bicycle or moped. Behind the building is
a private courtyard which of fers space to sit for the residents of the 6 apartments.
The rental costs are 1,450 euros per month excluding electricity and water (there is no gas)
This includes wardrobe, net curtains and blinds.
If necessary, we can deliver furnished. Price is then negotiable.
The apartment is available f rom March 1, 2025.
We want to rent it out on a short-stay basis, so for a limited period.
