This special basement apartment will become available on February 1, 2025. Centrally located on St. Annastraat in perhaps the most beautiful house in Nijmegen (nomination 2022). 

The apartment has its own entrance and outdoor terrace and offers plenty of space and privacy. The central station and the city center are a 5-minute bike ride away. Ideal for two people who appreciate the combination of old and modern. The layout is as follows:
