About the place

During my vacation I want to sublet my house.
Furnished, incl. TV, internet connection, washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen + supplies, large garden. Living room, bedroom, bathroom.
In the cozy Nijmegen Oost district. Within walking distance of the center. Bus stop in front of the door. Supermarket (open on Sundays), shops and cafes in the street. Nice place to live.
With housekeeping contract for the housing association. Registration with the municipality is not possible.
After viewing we can discuss.
No pets and no smoking inside. Preferably a calm and reliable person. The condition is that the amount can be paid in cash in one go.

2 people are also allowed, but then in consultation.
