About the place

We are renting out our apartment in Nijmegen East from January 15 to June 1, 2025. It is a large apartment in Nijmegen East, of about 110m2, with an open kitchen (with fridge dishwasher and induction hob), and a large living room with large television, bathroom (with shower, bath, washing machine and dryer) and large bedroom. The living room , kitchen and toilet are on the ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom in the basement. The whole house has underfloor heating. The house also has a garden with benches. The apartment comes furnished, and the whole house was completely renovated in 2020. 

It is 5 minutes cycling to the center of Nijmegen, and around 5/10 minutes to the university and HAN.

Per month the apartment costs 1200,- inclusive.
