You:
- are a student and temporarily want to rent for your studies in a municipality other than where you currently live (or you originate from outside the Netherlands).

To be eligible to rent this apartment, you must demonstrably belong to the above target group, e.g. registration of study is required.

The apartment has a living area of ± 63 m² and has a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with bath and toilet. Further to that the apartment has its own garden and a small shared garden.

Currently the apartment is undergoing some renovation work. The pictures are therefore not up to date.

Rental price: € 900 per month, excl. g/w/e 
Advance service costs: €195.00 per month (including advance water, electricity, gas, upholstering)

Rental condition:
- Acceptance April 1, 2025; 
- Deposit two times the basic monthly rent (EUR 1.800); 
- Rental period maximum two years;
