At the moment there are 4 bedrooms empty and the 5th room will be empty on July 1st if desired. A maximum of 6 people can be registered at the address. 

This is a friends contract. This means that there is 1 main tenant who preferably brings friends or family who can register in the different rooms. It is possible ofcorse to write me if you only want 1 room. I will then discuss this quickly with the main tenant.

The rent for the (currently available) 4 bedrooms and the living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets is 4500 euros per month. This is approximately 1100 euros per room. 

The detached house has just been renovated and has, as mentioned, two bathrooms, with 2 toilets, two dishwashers, two washing machines, 5 bedrooms, a large garden all around and a very spacious living room. 

There is free parking in the street and the house has a carport. The final stop of tram 1 Matterhorn in Amsterdam West is a 5-minute bike ride away.
