The cosy design apartment, built in 2018 and refurbished in 2024, offers open plan living space, with a lounge area including couch and TV, dining table with 4 seats. Kitchen comes with induction hotplate, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and microwave / oven. This kitchen is also fully supplied with cooking utensils, tableware, Nespresso coffee maker etc etc. 
The bedroom comes with a queen size box spring matrass bed and 2 sets of bedlinens. Next to the bedroom you will find your own walk-in closet and utility room. Here are the washing machine and, tumble dryer located, as well as the provided cleaning equipment. 
In the bathroom you can find the spacious walk-in shower. Also, bath linen is provided.  
And the entrance also offers space to store your bike safely inside, essential for your Dutch inner-city life. 
    
The apartment is available per October 1st, 2024 and is for rent at € 1.765 per month. This includes electricity, heating, water, internet, linen and local taxes. Restrictions: no pets, non-smoking. Your opportunity to rent an apartment, that already feels like home.

Important note: due to local city council regualtions it is not possible to obtain a parking permit for a car.
