Temporarily for rent: a well-maintained, fully furnished 2-room apartment located on the 1st floor in the center of Leiden. Close to the station, the shopping center and good parking facilities. the location in the center, but just outside the canals. Quiet and safe neighborhood. It is preferable to look for crowds immediately, peace and quiet in the street is guaranteed. Also good for parking.

Officially available from Sunday June 22nd.

I am renting this apartment because I am temporarily unable to be there and want the house to be looked after. It is possible to register, but I will not unsubscribe myself. In practice, registration works through a subletting contract. As a subtenant you must be approved by my rental company. This works via: 

-Copy ID
-3 recent pay slips (salary)
-Registration of name and address details

For example, a parent may act as guarantor. Price is ex g/w/l. Costs are specified as follows:

-Rental price €895,-
-Facilities €100,-
-Advance payment G/W/L €100,-
-Deposit in consultation

Total €1,095 all in per 4 weeks.

Rental payment: At the start of the rental period. 

Rental period: from Sunday June 22nd to Sunday August 3rd. Extension possible, in consultation with landlord.

I am open to discussing your preferences and/or including them in the agreement.

Various plants and furniture can also be moved if desired.
