The apartment is furnished and upholstered, and this furniture must remain in the apartment.

Advance payments for gas, electricity, water, internet, and municipal taxes will be deducted from actual consumption after the lease expires.

The current total advance payment is €370.

Total monthly costs are therefore €1050.

This is a temporary rental period of 14 months (November 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026). The rental period cannot be extended after this period.
