I’m renting out my spacious 3-room apartment (apart from one room) in Fortuinwijk, Leiden — just 10 minutes by bike from the city center and Leiden Central Station. You’ll have two private rooms: a cozy bedroom (3.26m x 1.71m) that already includes a wardrobe, and a separate living/work room (2.85m x 4.09m), and another larger living/dining room, perfect for relaxing or working from home. The apartment is on the third floor of a quiet, small-scale complex with two sunny balconies, a well-equipped kitchen (5-burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge), and a shared bathroom with a washing machine. Shops are right across the street, and public transport, major highways, and a larger shopping center are all nearby. The apartment has double glazing, central heating, and additional storage in the basement. This is a temporary rental until the end of October 2025, ideal for someone in between places or staying short term. Rent is 850 per month including utilities, and the room is available from 29/09/2025.
