Are you perhaps a (female) professional or a young couple who works in Friesland during the week but spends the weekend elsewhere (maybe your partner)? Or a student who likes to go see her parents on the weekend? Then this is the perfect living solution for you!

Why this house?

Complete Privacy: Enjoy the entire house to yourself most of the weeks from Sunday afternon to Friday afternoon. Your roommate will enjoy her privacy from Friday to Sunday.

Garden: An 11 meter deep, sunny garden with bicycle shed. The ideal place to relax after a busy day.

Completely Furnished: Step into a fully furnished and unfurnished new-build home of approximately 80m². Including bed, comfortable large corner sofa, two TVs, spacious wardrobe, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, lounge set in the garden and much more!

Prime location: Only a 15-minute walk, 6-minute bike ride or 5-minute bus ride to the center of Leeuwarden. Around the corner there are several shops Jumbo, Lidl, Aldi, Action, Etos, Trekstuk, butcher, café, Zeeman on Cambuurplein. The gym Sportcity is at 2 minutes walking and there are more gyms within a 5-10min  bike ride radius.

The conditions:

- Available from Sunday 3:00 PM to Friday 6:00 PM. The main resident will usually be there on Friday at 3:00 PM. An overlap on Friday between 3-6pm is okay. Many times she leaves on Sunday early morning (and will let you know beforehand if you can come back earlier).
- You have your own bedroom and use the rest of the house (living room, kitchen, toilet, bathroom, garden, bicycle shed), the other bedroom remains the property of the main resident. 
- Possibility to stay occasionally during the weekend when the primary resident is not going to Leeuwarden
- A quiet and serious tenant. No parties, noise, etc.
- Temporary: 6-12 months

Selection procedure

1. Online Meeting: First introduction and discussion of your housing wishes.
2. Viewing: Personal tour of your future home.
3. Selection in case of mutual click and signing of rental contract
