The center of Laren has a cozy atmosphere, a wide variety of shops and restaurants and is characterized as an artists' village. Laren also has the larger stores as a Hema, Blokker and Albert Heijn. On the other hand, many local activities are being developed, there is a museum / theater (Singer), hockey club, football club, primary school, secondary education, international school, 24/7 daycare present, various kindergarden facilities, tennis club, various fitness schools and a swimming pool. In addition, Laren has many restaurants with nice terraces.

The house is conveniently located to Amsterdam (30 minutes drive), Utrecht, Amersfoort (25 minutes drive) and Hilversum (about 10 minutes drive). By public transport are the travel times: Amsterdam Central Station (47 minutes), Utrecht Central Station (57 minutes), Amersfoort (38 minutes) and Hilversum (18 minutes). The international school is 12 minutes by car, 28 minutes by public transport.
The bus stop is less than a minute's walk away. The house is well maintained and fully equipped.

A SMALL TOUR
Parking on the private driveway, with charger for an electric car. Entrance. Bright living room with stucco walls, beautiful wooden herringbone floor. The seating area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and audio system. At the rear of the house is the modern open kitchen with cooking island, American fridge / freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, quooker, coffee maker, crockery and separate built-in oven / microwave. The extension at the rear of the house consists of large windows that run from ceiling to floor with steel frames, is equipped with recessed spots and a nice dining area.

In the hall is a toilet, and the stairs to the first floor. From the hall on the first floor there is access to the (master) master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and has windows on two sides. The other two bedrooms are furnished with a cot, a teepee and wardrobe. The modern bathroom has a spacious shower, sink, washbasin, mirror and second toilet.
 
At the back / side of the house is the well-kept garden with terrace, wooden shed and lawn. Through the dining area you have direct access to the garden. The whole house is in excellent condition and finished high quality.
