About the place

Thank you for your interest. The other property you asked about has received a large number of responses, so we’re no longer scheduling viewings for that one.
However, we do currently have a room available in a quiet home just outside Utrecht, in IJsselstein. The current housemate is moving out due to work, and we’re now looking for someone reliable to take their place. You’ll have plenty of privacy and quiet. We’re looking for someone who can move in next week. Could you tell us a bit about yourself what do you do for work, what kind of living situation are you looking for, and what attracted you to this room? If you’re ready to rent on short notice (rent and deposit are due when the keys are handed over), feel free to send us a message. Viewings are possible in the evenings

As of October 1st, my apartment near Utrecht will be temporarily available. I know how difficult it can be to find housing in the current market, so I’m happy to offer this space to a student in need of a place to stay.

The apartment is fully private and includes its own kitchen, bathroom. 
The rental period is for at least 12 months, with a possible extension.
