The apartment is located on a beautiful private estate on the outskirts of Hoogland. It has open views in every direction, with greenery, fields and trees surrounding the property. Instead of traffic and busy streets, you wake up to nature.

And if you're lucky, you may even see deer walking across the estate in the morning.

Your own private home

The apartment is fully self-contained and is available for one tenant. You have your own living space, kitchen, bathroom and private garden.

The cosy living area has beautiful views of the surrounding greenery. The kitchen is well equipped with an oven and gas stove, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom.

The garden is part of the apartment as well. It's a lovely place to sit outside, enjoy your morning coffee or simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. We would appreciate a tenant who is happy to keep the garden reasonably well maintained.

A note about the photos

The current photos were taken while the previous tenant was still in the process of moving out. We wanted to share the photos already, so you can get a good impression of the apartment, the space and its beautiful surroundings. New photos will be added once the apartment is completely cleared, refurnished and ready.

Life on the estate

There are several apartments on the estate, creating a friendly and informal atmosphere. The landlord lives in the farmhouse on the property together with horses, a dog and a cat.

You don't need to be an animal expert, but it is important that you feel comfortable living in an environment where animals are part of everyday life.

There is also a lovely little tradition: every Saturday morning at 10:00, coffee and apple pie are served for anyone who would like to join. It's an informal opportunity to meet the other residents, have a chat and start the weekend in a relaxed way.

The shops of Hoogland are within cycling distance, and public transport is easily accessible. So you can enjoy the feeling of living in the countryside without being far away from everyday amenities.
