Are you looking for a stylish, high-end finished apartment with plenty of privacy, peace, and nature around you? This beautifully renovated apartment on the second floor in Hilversum will be available for a temporary rental period from February 1 to March 27, 2025.

1. About the Space:
Location: Situated on one of Hilversum’s most beautiful streets, right next to the heathlands and just 20 minutes by train from Amsterdam Central Station.
Size: 40m² luxurious attic floor with a spacious walk-in shower, a practical kitchen, and a living room with a beautiful tree view.
Amenities: Smart TV, Wi-Fi, free parking for 2 cars on the driveway, and a bicycle available for use (upon request).
2. For Whom?
I am looking for a working woman who values privacy and personal space. The apartment is located on the second floor and accessible via two flights of stairs (no elevator). I live on the ground and first floors, secured with fingerprint locks for my privacy. The only shared area is the staircase.

3. Rental Terms:
Available: February 1 to March 27, 2025
Rent: €1000 per month
Additional Costs: €200 per month (electricity, gas, water, Wi-Fi, streaming services, use of bicycle)
Deposit: €500
Income Requirement: Proof of stable income, with upfront payment of rent and deposit required.
Rental Period: Temporary, non-extendable.
4. Important Agreements (please read carefully):
Male Visitors: During the weekend before an odd week (for example, Friday, January 10th, 2:15 PM to Friday, January 17th, 8:30 AM), male visitors are not allowed due to the presence of my children.
Even Weeks: During even weeks, when my children are not staying with me, a partner may stay overnight without prior notice. For multiple guests, I appreciate being informed in advance.
Privacy and Quietness:
During the weeks my children are present, please minimize stairway use between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM due to their bath and bedtime routine.
Please respect my privacy and that of my children.
Other Rules:
No smoking or pets allowed.
Avoid disturbing neighbors, such as loud music after 10:00 PM.
5. About the Area:
Within walking distance of a supermarket and specialty shops (bakery, butcher, cheesemonger).
The heathlands are just a 5-minute walk away, ideal for relaxation.
Hilversum city center with various restaurants and the chic village of Laren, home to the Singer Museum, are nearby.
