About the place

We are looking for a quiet and friendly students or working people for our studio. Only a couple or one person. Not for room sharing students! 
Two rooms, closet, bathroom and shared garage. Rent €800 incl. windowcurtains and others and extra costs for energy/water etc. € 200 and for cleaning windows and shared garage €100. Excluded internet at Ziggo. This studio is refund applicable at age of 23 or older (huurtoeslag). Minimum 12 month bu we prefer longer like 24 months.
