The University Twente, Saxion and major business parks in Enschede, Hengelo are nearby at 7 kilometers (10 minutes travel distance). The location is very central, 5 minutes by bike to City Centre and Central Station. And the major road A35 towards Enschede, Almelo and Amsterdam. Shopping mall and supermarket are nearby.  Own parking space. At 10 minutes biking is the estate “Twickel” located, with extensive cycling-/mtb tracks and lovely walking trails. The studio is fully furnished, incl. towels, bedsheets, kitchen appl. etc. Smoke detector, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are present.
