3 min walk to centre, 8 min bike to the station, perfectly located house in family friendly neighborhood. Quiet and quaint area with shops and supermarkets just around the corner. Vibrant Botermarkt has market days with fresh produce every week. Perfect size house for single professionals or couple with or without 1 child. Downstairs includes living room, dining area, kitchen, laundry room and toilet. Cozy fireplace ready to use for the winter. Upstairs, via the spiral stairs, master bedroom (King size bed) with terrace. Small bedroom that can work as an office or with pull out couch (double size bed) as a bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. Exra storage in attic reachable via pull out stairs.

Looking for responsible renters, preferably a couple (with or without 1 child max), who are needing a place to live in the quiet center of Haarlem.

Rent is excluding electricity and gas bill.. Rent includes use of internet and use of the parking app for near free parking. Deposit is 1 months worth of rent.

We are going for 2.5 months to the US to visit family. The aforementioned dates cannot be changed.
