This historic house is situated in the heart of the city Haarlem and will be available coming February 9th. The house is made with a lot of wood which gives it a cozy warm feel. The living room has big windows and there is a lot of sunlight. The house will be presented fully furnished, with a smart tv + soundbar and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, cooking plate and espressomachine. There are two floors; ground floor is where you find the living room, kitchen and bathroom, and the lower level is where you will find the bedroom, an office room, toilet and storage room, adding up to 50m2. The house is centrally located, very close to the train station and public transportation and very close to the supermarkets and shopping city centre, there is also parking (payed) available in the street. The preferred leasing term will be approximately 12months. The outside has been completely renovated last summer also the insides has undergone some recent renovations.
