We are renting out a beautiful apartment on our houseboat, 90m2 living space, and including a shed and terrace. The same comforts as a ‘normal’ house, but now totally free on the water!

Located in the Woonschepenhaven, so still close to the city and in a quiet neighborhood. 
Available as of Feb. 10th2025, for 1 year and the possibility of extending by another year.

We are looking for a friendly, responsible tenant or a couple (no students), willing to take good care of our house. Registration is possible.

Total space is 90m2, divided over 2 floors.  ‘Upstairs’ -or entrance level- you find the open kitchen, living room, toilet and a big room (to be used as bedroom or workspace). All with big windows and sun coming in all day long. Downstairs you find 2 other bedrooms, a storage room and a bathroom. The space is not furbished.

Rent is 1.195EUR excluding utilities, internet and communal taxes. Deposit is 2 months’ rent, to be paid upon signing the contract.
