The house has a beautiful open-plan living room and kitchen with a new kitchen (not yet shown in the photos) and a large west-facing garden. The house is located on a canal and just a few metres from the newly landscaped Zuiderplantsoen park. It is nice and quiet, and the city centre is also nearby.
