About the place

From March 1, 2026, to August 25, 2026, I'm traveling to Mexico with my girlfriend. Therefore, I'm renting out my home for a fixed term of almost six months during that period (non-negotiable).

The house is located in the charming Oosterpoort neighborhood in Groningen, within walking distance of the city center. It has a staircase leading to the upper floor, where the two bedrooms and bathroom are located.

Downstairs, in addition to the living room and kitchen, there's a spacious balcony. The house also includes several wellness features, such as a massage chair and a jacuzzi. Use of these is included in the price, as is practically everything else in the house.

We assume a normal number of users to cover the costs.
