This spaceous and light 2 room appartment is situated in the attic of a peaceful house in a peaceful street near Groningen city center, the main railwaystation and Groningen Europapark railwaystation. 
The appartment has a kitchen area in one of the rooms, the entrance to the bathroom is in the other. 
there is a steep staircase leading to a trapdoor to get into the appartment. 

We prefer a responsable, tidy and nonsmoking renter for a term of 7 months. 

The rent is including a deposit   euro for utitilities like water, electra, gas, wifi, wastemanagement, wife and council taxes.  Huursubsidie is not possible.
