We rent out a spacious ground floor apartment (52 m2) with a south-facing backyard on the van Sijsenstraat. The house was completely renovated 2 years ago with a new kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating. During the renovation we also installed patio doors in the living room that open onto the garden, here you enter a large and green backyard with a terrace. 

The house is a 10-minute walk from the main train station and 15 minutes from the center, but within 15 minutes you can also walk through the meadows at the nearby village of Essen or walk in the nearby park called the: 'Sterrenbos'. Do you have a car? Or visitors with a car? There is ample parking space right in front of the apartment (a parking permit costs € 120 per year). 

The house is also well insulated (energy label C) with HR ++ glasses throughout the house, a heat pump was also installed last year and the house has just been made crack and seam-tight. It is also good to know that the rental of the house includes a still favorable energy contract. 

The rental price is € 1129,- euro (excluding: gas, electricity, television and internet) per month. The deposit is once the month's rent.
