About the place

Hello!

At the moment, our flat on Van Iddekingeweg in De Wijert is occupied by myself and my flatmate. We are looking for a female tenant: either working or a student.
I will be moving to another address on 1 November, so we are currently looking for a new tenant.
The flat is 76m², with two bedrooms, my room is  11m², becoming available. In addition to the bedroom, the flat has a living room, separate toilet, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies that are only shared with my current flatmate. So basically, you have the whole flat and the facilities to yourself! 
The flat is pet-friendly, so we are looking for someone who has no problem with this.
There is a bus stop around the corner with several buses per hour to the city, and it is a 10+ minute bike ride to the city centre. There is a shopping centre in De Wijert a 5-minute walk away, and two other shopping centres in Helpman and Overwinningsplein a 10-minute walk away. 
The current monthly rent is 630 euros, excluding gas, water, electricity and additional costs.
As of 1 January 2026, it will be possible to apply for housing benefit for the flat, which will significantly reduce the rent.
Viewings can be arranged at the end of October and throughout November!
