About the place

My neighbor and I are moving out of our apartment and looking for new tenants.

Large bright apartment with three bedrooms (one small and two medium). The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave/oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. My neighbor and I also bought a washing machine and a large freezer, we can leave them by agreement.

Large living room and wide balcony. The area is very calm and is considered the safest area in Groningen. The center is 10 minutes away by bike. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. 

Nearby there is also Albert Heijn with its own sushi bar, as well as shops such as Hema and Kruidvat.

I have already moved out, so there are currently two bedrooms available in the apartment. The last bedroom will be available in April.

There were no problems with the owner of the apartment, he is a very kind man.
