The studio/apartment is located on the Tuinstraat (a nice street between the UMCG and the Poelestraat) and is equipped with a living room, a separate sleeping area, a bathroom with toilet, its own kitchen (with fridge and freezer) and the studio also has a separate storage room for storage of bicycles etc. and there is a roof terrace that is shared with the other 5 residents of the building. The complex is very quiet and there is no noise pollution.

The studio is rented including washing machine and large wardrobe (see photo).
