Lovely, sunny and quiet furnished apartment with balcony available in the heart of Groningen. Very quiet residential neighborhood while living in the middle of the city center. Location is next to gyms, universities, central station, markets, shops and much more!

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need. There is a separate bedroom and bathroom. It’s available from September 1st.

I'm looking for one person only, that respects the apartment and the peace of the other residents, is tidy and neat.
