About the place

Hi! My name is Elisa, and I live with great pleasure in my lovely apartment in the Helpman area of Groningen. As I'll be travelling during October and November, I'm looking for someone to temporarily rent my apartment during that period.

Please note that the apartment is only available for the months of October and November. In addition, my two cats, Mila and Otis, will be staying in the apartment, so I'm specifically looking for a genuine cat lover who will enjoy taking care of them. They need daily care, attention, and companionship, so I'm hoping to find someone who spends a reasonable amount of time at home and would be happy to keep them company.

The apartment is 63 m² and features a spacious living room, two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It also has both an indoor and an outdoor balcony, as well as a dishwasher.

The apartment is located in the friendly and popular Helpman neighbourhood. Within walking distance you'll find the Helperplein shopping area, including an Albert Heijn supermarket, Kruidvat, Bruna, HEMA, a bakery, and several other shops and amenities. Everything you need for daily life is close by.

The location is also very well connected. Groningen Europapark train station is about a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is only a 5-minute walk. The city centre can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike or just a few bus stops away.

As this is my own home and I'll be leaving my belongings here, I'm looking for someone who is tidy, respectful, and will take good care of both the apartment and my possessions. Ideally, you'd enjoy a cosy home environment and the company of two affectionate cats.

I recently graduated in Social Work. In my free time I enjoy travelling, spending time with friends, working out, reading, and relaxing at home. I really value a clean, peaceful, and comfortable living environment.
