The living room is approx 18m2 with a modern open kitchen equipped with various appliances including a microwave oven and refrigerator. Behind the kitchen is a separate (bed)room located, with an area of approx. 6m2.  
The bathroom of approx. 3m2 is in neat condition and is equipped with separate shower, sink and a toilet. In a separate room / storage room in the apartment is the washing machine.

There is a staircase to the (sleeping) loft, the floor size is approx. 4m2.

The rent of the accommodation is €944,- excl. G/W/E, internet and municipal taxes. 
The deposit is equal to one month's rent.

A non-smoking policy applies to all our rental units, pets are not allowed and we always request a landlord's statement.
