This home is perfect for someone looking for temporary accommodation who will treat the place with care and respect — I will be abroad for about six months and am looking for a reliable tenant to keep it well-maintained.

Additionally, if everything goes well and the arrangement works out nicely, there is a possibility to extend the rental period for another six months — until the end of August 2026. This, however, depends on my personal circumstances.
