	•	Condition: The apartment will be delivered semi-furnished in January (with flooring, lighting, and curtains).

About Me:
I’m Koen, 26 years old, and I work full-time at Westerhaven. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, working out, and watching movies and series. I value a good balance between socializing and having personal space. I’d love to occasionally cook, work out, or relax together!

Who I’m Looking For:
I’m looking for a male or female (student and working, or fully employed) who:
	•	Wants to actively contribute to making our apartment feel like home.
	•	Enjoys occasionally doing things together (like cooking, working out, or a movie night).
	•	Is open to a casual drink or hosting a small party now and then, but also values respect and a peaceful environment.
