Currently the place is being renovated including the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Furthermore all the walls will be painted white. The house has a surface of ±100m2 with a garden (perfect for the sunny days)! In addition the house has a storage attic.

Location
From the house you can reach Zernike within 10 minutes by bike and the city centre around 12 minutes. This neighborhood has a mall and the people who live in the neighborhood are mostly students or families.
