Suitability

Ideal for one person or a couple. Due to the bedroom layout, it is not suitable for two unrelated housemates. 

The property is not available to bachelor’s or master’s students. Preference is given to advanced PhD candidates or temporary staff / expats at the University of Groningen (RUG) / UMCG or Hanze University of Applied Sciences, preferably aged 25+.

Rental Terms

- Minimum stay: 3 months (preferably 6–12 months; longer stays negotiable)
- Rent includes internet, municipal taxes, and fixed charges for gas, water, and electricity
- Monthly consumption costs for gas, water, and electricity charged separately
- Housing allowance cannot be claimed
- Parking permit available for an additional fee
