From the apartment there is a good connection with public transport. A shopping area is on walking distance. The city center and central train station can be reached within 10 minutes by bicycle, bus or car. Parking is not a problem, for your own car as well as for visitors.

Description:
Upon entering the apartment, you come to the hallways. The hallway gives access to the kitchen (left), first bedroom (right) of 12 M2, toilet, separate shower, spacious living room of 28 M2 and a balcony of 5 M2, and second bedroom of 15 M2. If desired, the living room can be split, and a 3rd bedroom (or home office) can easily be realized. The bedroom of 15 M2 has a spacious walk-in closet, the bedroom of 12 M2 a built-in closet. On the first floor is a lockable storage room for bicycles. From all rooms you have a wonderful view.

Facilities:
The kitchen is already equipped with a dishwasher, microwave/oven, cooking stove, kettle, washing machine and dryer.
Contracts for utilities have to be done by the tenant.

Conditions:
Registration in the apartment is allowed.
Subsidized rental is not possible.
By permit from the municipality, the entire apartment can only be rented out to a total of 2. This can be a couple, friends or colleagues.
The deposit is 2 months rent, which will be returned upon termination of the rental and returning the rooms/house in the same state.
