About the place

I’m going travelling for a few months from October onwards, so I’m looking for a tidy and reliable person or couple to temporarily rent my home in the Oosterpoort neighbourhood.

🏡 What the house has to offer:
- A characteristic house with high ceilings
- A spacious living room
- Two bedrooms
- A separate shower room and seperate toilet
- A private little garden in a cosy courtyard
- A fully equipped kitchen
- Fully furnished, including furniture and kitchenware

The kitchen includes a fridge with freezer compartment, oven/microwave combination, air fryer and dishwasher.

📍 The location:
-  Oosterpoort, Groningen
- About 10–15 minutes walking distance from the city centre
- Close to the train station and other amenities
- A great location if you’re studying or working in Groningen

The rental period
The house is available from October until the end of March in principle. The exact start and end dates are flexible. Since October 1st falls in the middle of the week, an earlier or later start date can also be discussed.

I’m mainly looking for someone who will take good care of the house and enjoy living here for a few months. 😊
