A fully furnished single-family house with three bedrooms is available for rent. It is centrally located, near the Enschede city centre, 2.8 km from Enschede Central station and 2,3 km from U Twente. The rental period is one year minimum, starting on August 15. The place is only for quiet and mature persons, MSc, Ph.D., Postdocs, lecturers, professors, or visitor researchers. It has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large kitchen, living & dining room, utility room, and a beautiful garden.
The house can be rented per room with an individual contract for two guests (825 Euros per room, all-inclusive), or a small family (e.g. married couple) 1650 Euros total, all-inclusive). Registration is possible. Rental allowance is not possible. Adults should be a minimum of 23 years old (no exceptions).
