Are you a prospective student and are you going to study in Enschede next summer? We have the best living space for you! From the end of August, Domica Enschede can offer 444 Short-stay studios spread over 10 floors on the Campus of the University of Twente. The studios are all fully furnished and are completely independent. The rent is, regardless of the surface (from 19 to 30 m²), the same for all studios: € 475,00 + € 200,00 service costs. These service costs includes heat (gas), electricity, water, internet (No WiFi), use of the facilities.
Also the costs for the furnishement are included in these service costs! The layout and use of furniture is also identical for every home, depending on the size.
 
The building itself has various facilities such as a launderette, game room, lounge room, cinema, study room and there is a congierge present. There is also a roof terrace which, of course, offers a great view of the surroundings of Enschede and Hengelo! Renting one of the 40 available storage units or a parking space is an option at an additional cost.

The one-off costs are:
- starting amount of € 2,50 for the maintenance subscription
- deposit of € 1000,00
- chemical final cleaning of € 100,00
- MyCastle costs of € 202,50
- Linen package € 120,00 and /or kitchen package € 75,00 (optional: becomes the tenant's property)

Note: if you have the Dutch nationality, you can stay in the studio for a maximum of 6 months. Then you are obliged to leave the house and there is no possibility to enter into a lease again!
If you have a different nationality, you can stay in 11.5 months. The basic rent is € 47,.00 per month excluding € 120,00 service costs and € 80,00 upholstery / furnishing costs.
