The house can be found in the south of Enschede, featuring some beautiful scenery in its surroundings. The house features 2 bathrooms, a small garage, shared kitchen, small living room and garden.

Suitable for students:
University of Twente - about 26 minutes by bike
University of Saxion - about 16 minutes by bike

Also is close to a large shopping center which is about 6 minutes away on foot.

Viewings/visits are a possibility, contact me to settle on the time :)

Minimum expected contract - 4 months.

*Tennant will also have to pay a one-time tax payment for 94,55 euro.
*This is due to the previous roommate moving out only paying for the first 4 months of this year he spent here
