About the place

Hey! My name is Cenk, I am a 4th year University of Twente student, and I am looking for someone to live with in this great house after my friend dropped-out. 
+ It is a 3-floored house with a big backyard (You will be living on top-floor) 
+ 1 guest room, 1 storage room, 2 toilet, 2 personal rooms, laundry room, kitchen, living room
+ Cutlary and kitchenware
+ Fully furnished + TV (I have mine we can share it)
+ 3 mins walk to market place, 2 mins walk to the bus stop, and next to a cafe
+ Laundry, dishwasher, 2 big individual fridges, 1 big freezer
+ 1 shower, 1 tub
+ The stuff that my old-housemate had will be removed
+ Price = 810 euros per person
I am looking for a CALM and quiet person, so keep in mind before you apply please.
