About the place

Small but nice, this apartment is in a great location around the corner from the cozy Trudoplein with shops, supermarkets, hairdressers, cafes and cafeterias.

The apartment is located on the second (top) floor of a small-scale and quiet apartment complex. It has a living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathroom en suite, and a nice balcony with lots of privacy overlooking the Schootsestraat.

The kitchen has: gas stove, air fryer, toaster, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment.

In the bathroom: toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedroom with double bed (140 x 200 cm) and chest of drawers.

Living room: high table with 2 comfortable bar stools, sofa and some house plants. TV is available but without connection. You can watch TV from your phone via Google Chromecast (available).

The apartment will be let TEMPORARY, for six months, to ONE person (possibly a second key will be provided for a couple, but only one person will be on the contract and can register). Rental period can be discussed and extended.

I appreciate if the neighbors will not be disturbed by my tenant; preferably a working person without (nightly) partying. Not a studentflat.

Rental costs include internet and municipal taxes. Excluding gas and electricity; An advance must be paid for this every month together with the rent and the exact charges will be settled at the end of the rental period.
