Comfortable and fresh apartment, located 1/2 high (just below ground level). You can live here comfortably, alone or with two people. Everything is provided. You only need to bring your clothes and toothbrush.

On summer days, you can sit comfortably on the spacious balcony facing south. The building is small-scale with 8 units and social behavior is important. There is a group app that you must be part of. A bicycle shed is available. 

The apartment is centrally located. 
Distance to the shopping area with weekly market 500m, bus stop 100m, within a radius of 1500m you will find the central station, the center and Strijp-S. 
The motorway entrance towards 
Den Bosch/Utrecht/Amsterdam, Nijmegen and Tilburg is a 5-minute drive and towards Maastricht 15 minutes.
