About the place

House has many flaws. The owner is willing to rent it for free (exl. utilities cost) for a year if the tenants are willing to do renovations on the house in their expense. Some of the problems:
Roof leakage,
Mold from inside walls,
Damp coming through the walls...
Kitchen and bathroom are old, but in function.
