Update: In a shared living arrangement with three individual units, one spot has become available. The departing tenant currently occupies the ground floor. This is a lease transfer, meaning you will take over the spot on the lease of the departing tenant.

Note: You will be part of a shared living group of three people in total, each having their own apartment and privacy within the same building. Shared responsibilities apply.

Each resident has their own privacy, including a private bedroom, toilet, bathroom, and kitchen.
The available unit is on the ground floor, with direct access to a garden.
Luxuriously finished and well-maintained.
Contribution:

Monthly contribution: €1100 excluding utilities (utilities are shared among the group).
What we are looking for:
Preference is given to someone independent.

To qualify for this living space, you must meet the following profile and provide the requested documents:

Profile:

Single (no couples).
Student or young professional.
Good financial standing.
Well-organized.
Strong communication skills in English or Dutch.
Intention to stay in the accommodation for at least two years.
Checklist of Required Information and Documents:
To submit a complete application, the new tenant must provide the following:

Personal profile description.
Link to a social media account.
Contact details.
A copy of your passport.
Proof of university enrollment in the Netherlands or an employment contract/employer’s statement.
A rental reference letter from your previous landlord confirming you were a good tenant.
Proof of good financial standing, showing you earn at least twice the monthly rent.
