Hi! As I will be moving abroad, I am renting out my apartment from the 1st of August 2025 to the 1st of February 2026.

📍 Location:
The apartment is conveniently located in the popular neighbourhood Zeeheldenkwartier, close to many restaurants, cafes, the palace gardens and sports park De Verademing. There is a tram stop in front of the apartment (stop Elandstraat) and you can cycle to the beach in 15 minutes.

🏚️ Apartment:
The apartment is furnished and has 2 spacious bedrooms with large (built-in) wardrobes. It also has a new kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet, a sunny living room, a balcony and a private parking space.

💶 Practical:
The rental price includes gas, water, electricity, internet, and monthly cleaning. Registration at the adress is possible.
