About the place

Hii! I’m renting out my cozy apartment in The Hague for a period of two to three months starting in January. The basic rent is €1850 per month. I normally pay around €150 for gas, water and electricity, but if you’re responsible with heating and energy use, I’m happy to offer an all-inclusive price of €1950 per month.

The apartment has four rooms, one of which I will keep locked. You’ll be renting two bedrooms and a living room (one of the bedrooms is currently empty, but you can set it up as an additional bedroom if you like).

It’s a spacious apartment located in Bezuidenhout, and it’s ideal for a couple (possibly with a young child) or two friends.

The train station is less than a 10-minute walk away, and there are plenty of supermarkets and cafés within walking distance. You can reach The Hague city centre in 15 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by tram!

Since I care about who stays in my home, I’m looking for someone who is respectful, not loud, considerate, and clean.
