The bus to the City Center and the Central Station stops at the corner of the street. The tram to the city centre is one block away. De bus naar het Centraal station stopt op de hoek van de straat . Goed bereikbaar, gelegen dicht bij uitvalswegen. Het appartement kan zowel gemeubileerd als ongemeubileerd gehuurd worden. Het is geschikt voor een couple of voor twee volwassenen of voor een couple met een kind.

Indeling:
